    Climate change is one of the greatest challenges faced by the Philippines today. Sudden disasters like typhoons and floods, as well as progressive changes such as droughts and rising sea levels, have severely affected the lives of many Filipinos. These environmental problems are mainly caused by human activities, deforestation, excessive use of fossil fuels, and pollution, all of which worsen global warming and weaken the environment’s ability to protect us. Despite these hardships, Filipinos are known for their resiliency . Time and again, communities unite to rebuild their homes, share resources, and practice bayanihan whenever disaster strikes. This strength gives hope and shows how Filipinos can rise above adversity. However, resiliency alone will not solve the issue if its root causes are left unaddressed. This year’s intramurals at ISNHS was nothing short of exciting, colorful, and unforgettable. From energyfilled competitions to the unity among different grade levels, it became a true celebration of sportsmanship, talent, and school pride. One of the most memorable parts for me was watching my classmates’ band perform. Seeing them on stage, giving their best, and hearing the crowd cheer was such a proud moment. Their music added life to the event and made the atmosphere even more vibrant. Another highlight was supporting our candidate for Ms. Intramurals. We were all hyped, cheering, waving banners, and showing our full support. When her name was announced as the winner, the whole section erupted in joy.
